Calling all ambitious young Nigerians! The Industrial Training Fund (ITF), Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA), and Nigerian Breweries Plc are offering a unique opportunity to launch your career in the exciting world of brewing.

Who Can Apply?

• Highly Motivated & Talented: Demonstrate strong character and a passion for learning.
• Minimum Qualifications: Possess a credit in English, Math, Physics, and Chemistry at the O’Level.
• Higher National Diploma (HND): Hold an HND (or equivalent) in a relevant field like Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Maintenance (minimum Lower Credit from an accredited institution).
• Recent Graduate: Have graduated no earlier than 2020.
• NYSC Completion: Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps program.

Important Notes:

• This program is non-residential.
• Trainees will not receive a salary but will be eligible for a monthly stipend.
• Completing the program does not guarantee employment with Nigerian Breweries.
