- Call for Application: BMGA Foundation releases a call for applications from eligible women who are nationals of countries within Africa and Asia.
- Assessment: Applicants undergo an assessment process conducted by a combination of internal and external reviewers.
- Acceptance: Selected applicants receive a special invitation to join the next multi-cultural cohort.
- Onboarding: Participants who accept the invitation engage in a week-long onboarding process to jumpstart their program experience.
