- Certificate of Competency (CoC): Post-sea preparatory classes prepare scholars for the CoC exam, a critical qualification for maritime careers.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Be a Nigerian citizen between 16 and 20 years old.

- Possess a minimum of C4 in English and B3 in Math, Physics, and Chemistry (WASSCE).
- Have perfect eyesight without color blindness.
