SIFAX LOGISTICS DONATES OFFICE EQUIPMENT TO LASTMA

SIFAX Logistics Company Limited, a subsidiary of SIFAX Group, has contributed modern office equipment to the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA).

The donated items consist of two air conditioners, a refrigerator, an executive office table, and a chair.

During the handover ceremony in Lagos, Basil Agboarumi, executive director of Corporate Affairs and Governmental Relations at SIFAX Group, emphasized that the donation reflects the company’s dedication to robust stakeholder engagement across all sectors where it operates, locally and internationally.

Agboarumi further stated that SIFAX Logistics Company Limited supports LASTMA’s vision to ensure smooth traffic flow for Lagosians.

Adewale Adetayo, the General Manager of SIFAX Logistics Company Limited, highlighted that the gesture aims to strengthen the company’s strategic partnership with LASTMA and show support for the agency’s newly-appointed General Manager.

Adetayo explained, “We operate in transportation, and LASTMA is a key stakeholder, particularly in traffic management. This gesture reinforces our strategic bond with the agency and demonstrates our backing for the new GM’s efforts to revitalize the agency and realize LASTMA’s vision.”

Bakare-Oki Olalekan, General Manager of LASTMA, expressed gratitude to the company for the donation, emphasizing that effective traffic management is a top priority on his agenda, and his team is well motivated to achieve this goal.
