Applications are currently being accepted for the 2024 Polaris Bank Graduate Trainee Intensive Program. Polaris Bank Limited, a Tier II Nigerian bank established by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) on September 21, 2018, offers commercial banking services. The program is tailored for young graduates outside the corporate head office in Lagos.
JOB SUMMARY
This program targets recent graduates seeking to commence their careers in a dynamic environment. As a Graduate Trainee, participants will undergo structured training, develop professional skills, and receive mentorship from experienced professionals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in structured training to understand company operations.
- Engage in workshops and seminars to enhance professional skills.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND (Minimum of 2.2 and Upper Credit)
- Strong interest in banking, particularly in customer service and relationship building.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software preferred.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
