NIGERIAN AGIP EXPLORATION (NAE) 2024/2025 POSTGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME

Applications are now open for the 2024/2025 Nigerian Agip Exploration (NAE) Post Graduate Scholarship Award Scheme.

Nigerian Agip Exploration (NAE) Limited, in collaboration with the NNPC/NAE PSC, is dedicated to the development and training of manpower as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

Scholarship Categories:

1. Overseas: For study at a reputable overseas university.
2. Local: For study at a recognized Nigerian university.

Eligibility Requirements: To qualify for the 2024/2025 NAE Postgraduate Scholarship Award Scheme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Academic Qualification: Hold a minimum of a Second Class Upper Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Nigerian university.
• Admission: Secure admission into a Nigerian or overseas university (depending on the category applied for) for a one-year Master’s Degree program in one of the eligible disciplines.
• Age: Be no older than 28 years by December 31, 2024.
• National Service: Have completed the one-year National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
• International Passport: Possess a valid international passport for travel (applicable for the overseas category), valid for at least one year from September 2024.

Eligible Fields of Study: Applicants must have admission offers in the following areas:

• Geosciences
• Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Civil, Subsea, Electrical/Electronics, Marine, Chemical)
• Petroleum Economics
• Law (Oil and Gas/Petroleum)

Application and Selection Process:

• Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the aptitude test.
• Notification: Shortlisted candidates will receive details of the qualifying test via SMS and email (ensure to provide valid contact information).
• Exclusions: Employees of NAE and its affiliates, their dependents, and current or past beneficiaries of similar awards from NAE or other companies/agencies are not eligible.
