  1. Data Repository: Addressing the lack of coordinated, verifiable, and authentic data on various aspects of the education sector, the government will conduct an extensive census. This census will cover schools (from primary to tertiary levels), teachers (including qualifications and training), and students (including gender, exam grades, and attendance status). The collected data will guide interventions and provide real-time monitoring.
  2. Out-of-School Children Education: The Federal Ministry of Education is already implementing policies through its agencies, benefiting approximately two million out-of-school children. The system-wide policy will further enhance education and training for these children.
  3. Teacher Training & Development: The ministry will support and train teachers in digital skills, enabling technology integration in classrooms across all education levels.
  4. Skill Development & Acquisition: To equip Nigerian students with essential skills, knowledge, and values, the president has approved a National Skills Framework.

This holistic approach aims to transform education in Nigeria, ensuring better outcomes for students and addressing critical gaps in the system
