Applications are now open for the 2025 Nedbank Quants Graduate Programme. This programme offers exceptional exposure to quantitative and capital risk management through bank-wide rotation opportunities over a two-year period. It provides an environment that supports your success through access to coaching and mentorship.
Eligibility Requirements:
To apply, you must be enrolled in a postgraduate qualification in mathematics, statistics, applied mathematics, or any other quantitative degree.
Nedbank Quants Exploration Programme:
The purpose of this programme is to introduce final-year undergraduates in mathematics, statistics, applied mathematics, engineering, or any other quantitative degree—or students looking to pursue a full-time honours or master’s degree in these fields—to the culture, values, and brand of the Nedbank Group.
As a final-year undergraduate or postgraduate student (planning to pursue a master’s degree the following year), by attending the annual Quants Exploration Programme, you will:
- Gain insight into the role of a quant professional at a bank
- Experience Nedbank’s purpose-led and people-driven culture, purpose, and brand
- Meet and network with seasoned quant professionals, executives, and current graduates
- Gain valuable professional, leadership, and interview skills, and improve your personal branding
