Eligibility:
- Nigerian citizenship
- Minimum 2 years of work experience
- Age range of 25-35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree (HND or equivalent acceptable)

The Lateef Jakande Leadership Academy demands full-time dedication for the program duration. Fellows cannot receive concurrent compensation from other sources.

- Stage 2: Take a computer-based aptitude test (CBT).
