INTERNATIONAL LEADER OF TOMORROW AWARD/SCHOLARSHIPS IN CANADA

The International Leader of Tomorrow Award is an undergraduate scholarship offered at the University of British Columbia (UBC) in Canada. UBC attracts talented students globally, and this award aims to assist outstanding international students who lack the financial means to pursue higher education. The scholarship amounts range from $14,000 to $34,000 (CAD), depending on financial need.

Eligibility criteria include being a non-Canadian student studying on a study permit and enrolling in a UBC undergraduate program. Applicants must demonstrate exceptional academic and extracurricular achievements, as well as leadership abilities. Moreover, they must prove their inability to attend UBC without the award.

To apply for this scholarship, students must first be nominated by their high school teacher or counselor. Nomination packages are not directly sent to students but can be requested by counselors.

The application deadline is December every year.
