INSIGHT FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM
The Insight Fellowship Program, offered by Insight Collaborative, is aimed at aiding outstanding individuals in honing their conflict management abilities through engagement with local or international non-profits of their choosing. This year-long program commences with a training and development phase, after which fellows embark on three global placements. During these placements, fellows impart their expertise in conflict management theory and skills, thereby aiding organizations worldwide in operating more efficiently. Insight Fellows not only acquire valuable skills and experiences but also contribute to organizational effectiveness on a global scale. The Fellowship provides a $30,000 expense allowance for the entire duration.
