GLOBAL GOOD FUND FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM
The global good fund fellowship is a year-long initiative that supports the growth of leaders in social enterprises worldwide. It pairs each participant with an experienced executive coach and a business executive from the C-suite who acts as a mentor. Successful applicants are individuals in leadership roles within their social enterprises, with 3-5 years of operational experience, and a willingness to learn. Participants receive tools such as the 360 Mirror leadership assessment, a customized leadership development plan, personalized coaching sessions, mentorship from business leaders, and a stipend of $10,000 to support their leadership objectives within the social enterprise.
