Eligibility Requirements
- Maximum age of 30 by June 30, 2024.
- At least one year of experience in sales/marketing in a Microfinance Bank or other Financial Institutions.
- A good first degree or its equivalent from a reputable institution with a minimum of Second Class (Lower Division) or HND (Upper Credit) in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High ethical standards and integrity.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Book quality assets and monitor portfolios to detect early defaults.
- Manage and deepen relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Acquire new accounts and re-engage dormant relationships.
- Market the bank’s products to fulfill customer needs.
- Initiate the development of products to meet customer demands.
- Ensure efficient service and maintenance of existing customer accounts.
- Maintain zero tolerance for inactive or dormant accounts.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Business Manager.
