Ezzential Global’s Boss Oyesola Awodiya Inducted into Titans of Tech Hall of Fame
Oyesola Awodiya, the Managing Director of Ezzential Global Services, a leading Telecom Engineering Company in Nigeria’s ICT industry, has been inducted into the Titans of Tech Hall of Fame. This prestigious honor recognizes her exceptional contributions and lasting impact on the nation’s tech sector.
The induction took place during the 20th edition of the Titans of Tech Awards in Lagos, a grand event celebrating innovation and excellence in Nigeria’s ICT industry. The evening was marked by a vibrant performance from the national dance troupe, adding a cultural flair to the ceremony.
Mrs. Awodiya was one of only two women among 13 distinguished individuals honored at the event. The other inductees included notable figures such as Femi Williams, CEO of Newwaves Ecosystem Limited; Gbenga Adebayo, Founder and President of Royal FM 95.1MHz; Amos Emmanuel, Founder of Programos Software and InnovationBed; Maggie Peters, Managing Director of Alpha Technologies Limited; Tony Emoekpere, President of the Association of Telecommunications Companies of Nigeria (ATCON); and Muhammed Rudman, pioneer CEO of the Internet Exchange Point of Nigeria (IXPN).
Other honorees included Engr. Ikechukwu Nnamani, Managing Director of Digital Realty; Ayotunde Coker, Chairman of the Africa Data Centres Association (ADCA); Olawale Owoeye, CEO of Cedarview; John Nwachukwu, CEO of Zoracom; Pastor Lekan Balogun, MD of Netaccess Systems; and Lare Ayoola, MD of Tranter IT.
Don Pedro Aganbi, convener of the Titans of Tech Hall of Fame Awards, praised Awodiya, stating, “Oyesola Awodiya is a remarkable example of innovation and leadership in the tech industry. Aganbi further highlighted Awodiya’s extensive expertise, noting her competencies across ICT, Banking, Power Generation, Telecommunications, Business Development, Project Management, and Finance. Her outstanding leadership as Managing Director of Ezzential Global Services has rightfully earned her a place among the elite being honored in the Titans of Tech Hall of Fame.
The evening also featured the cutting of the anniversary cake and the unveiling of the highly anticipated book, 50 Most Influential ICT Innovators in Nigeria. This publication celebrates both past trailblazers and current industry leaders shaping the future of technology.
The ceremony was further distinguished by the presentation of Lifetime Achievement Awards to prominent figures such as Engr. Dr. Ernest Ndukwe, Chairman of MTN Nigeria; Col. Aiyegbeni Peters, Chairman of Alpha Technologies; Austin Okere, Founder of CWG; and Femi Pedro, Former Managing Director of First Atlantic Bank and Ex-Deputy Governor of Lagos State.
