Clean Energy Fellowship Program – Cambodia

Are you excited to be a part of Clean Energy Fellowship 2024, Cohort 4? The EnergyLab Cambodia is inviting applications for its Fellowship Program.

The Clean Energy Fellowship is a six-month program designed to train early-career and mid-career professionals across different sectors to be active and knowledgeable clean energy ambassadors for Cambodia.

Are you all ready to expand your experience and knowledge about clean energy in Cambodia?  
  • Through the Clean Energy Fellowship 2024 program, you will have a unique opportunity to:
    • Build your clean energy knowledge with industry representatives through a total of 8 training sessions.
    • Opportunity to share your vision regarding the future of Cambodia’s clean energy through editorial writing.
    • Adapt yourself to a culture of sustainability and collaboration during an overnight workshop in a province near Phnom Penh.
    • Training sessions are held every two weeks, usually on Saturday afternoons.
    • This program runs from March to October 2024.
Are you ready to expand your horizon into the clean energy sector in Cambodia?
  • Throughout the Clean Energy Fellowship 2024, you will receive a unique opportunity to:
    • Build your own Clean Energy knowledge with leading ambassadors in the field with a total of 8 training.
    • Publish your vision for Cambodia’s Clean Energy Future through your own crafted think piece.
    • Immerse yourself in a culture of sustainability and collaboration during their fellowship overnight workshop in the outskirts of Phnom Penh.
    • The training will be conducted bi-weekly on mostly Saturday afternoons.
    • The program runs from March until October 2024.
Why Is It Important?
  • The project aims to foster an understanding of clean energy through learning and expansion of knowledge. Participants will have the opportunity to network with professionals and groups dedicated to driving positive change in the clean energy sector. Additionally, there will be access to a wealth of resources, including relevant content and materials, aimed at furthering comprehension and engagement with clean energy concepts.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Required
    • Demonstrated interest in clean energy, sustainability, and environment
    • Working in fields such as think tanks and research institutes, CSOs, business professionals, government, finance, investment and economics, etc.
    • Nationality: Cambodian
  • Preferred
    • Not directly working in the Clean Energy field
    • Years of experience: 2 – 10
    • Early-career and mid-career professionals
    • Have both English and Khmer proficiency
