The Christiane Nüsslein-Volhard-Foundation for the Promotion of Science and Research provides support to talented young women with children, aiming to offer them the freedom and mobility necessary to advance their scientific careers. Graduate students and postdoctoral fellows in the fields of experimental natural sciences and medicine from all nationalities, conducting research at a university or research institute in Germany, are eligible to apply. Postdoctoral fellows who have completed their doctoral degree at a German university and continue their research abroad are also eligible. Each year, the Bayer Foundation donates €20,000 to support two exceptional young women.
