Requirements for BATN Global Graduate Program in Operations:
- Graduated with a Bachelor’s in Engineering, Sciences, Supply Chain, or Quality.
- Completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- No more than 3 years of post-graduate experience.
- Demonstrated leadership through extra-curricular activities.
- Analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivation, initiative, and a drive to succeed.
- National and/or international mobility.
- Fluent in English (both written & spoken).
