ALUMNUS FROM MCPHERSON UNIVERSITY LEADS AS TOP AFFILIATE IN ACCA CERTIFICATION

McPherson University Alumnus Achieves Top Affiliate Status in ACCA Certification”

A graduate of McPherson University in Ogun State, Ms. Precious Edinaeval Aduekpe, has secured the position of Top Affiliate in the recent Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) September 2023 diet. Ms. Aduekpe, who was the overall best graduating student in 2020, is set to receive her ACCA certification, outperforming candidates like Ibukun Koleoso and Ijeoma Nwosu-Nnamdi.

ACCA Africa acknowledged her achievement, stating, “Congratulations to our top performers in Nigeria, from the September 2023 examinations. ACCA Nigeria is proud of your performance and wishes you the best in your future endeavors.”

In response to the news, the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Francis Adegbaye Igbasan, praised Ms. Aduekpe as an exceptional, focused, and disciplined champion. He personally congratulated her through a phone call, expressing pride in her accomplishment.

“I want to specially congratulate Miss. Aduekpe for the exceptional feat. She is a true champion, and the University is very proud of her achievement. The University is not surprised at this feat as she holds the record of being the first 300 level student to become a chartered accountant. My prayer is that the good Lord will continue to guide her in all future endeavors,” Professor Igbasan stated.
