The National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University in Taiwan has announced the call for applications for the 2025 NYCU International Scholarship for Spring Semester.
The 2025 NYCU International Students Scholarship recipients will receive a Monthly Stipend up to NT$30,000 and a Tuition Waiver while pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate degrees in the university.

NYCU International Students Scholarships for the 2025 Spring semester (award period March 2025 – February 2026) are now OPEN for APPLICATION!
The National Yang-Ming Chiao Tung University is offering various NYCU International Scholarship programs for Undergraduate, Master, and PhD students for the Spring 2025 semester.
The NYCU University aims to recruit outstanding international students to study at the university, and therefore they established a National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University International Student Scholarship Guidelines to help students.
Eligibility Requirements for 2025 NYCU International Students Scholarship
To be considered for the 2025 NYCU International Students Scholarship, the following criteria are to be noted:
- The scholarship is open to new students who have not received any other scholarship or grant from the government.
- Each department will review the application.
- Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 for undergraduates and 3.5 for graduate students for the renewal of the scholarship.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Must have all previous degrees, and transcripts.
Benefits of 2025 NYCU International Scholarship
- Monthly Stipend:
- Stipend for Undergraduate Students: NT$5,000 – 21,000 per month
- Stipend for Master’s Students: NT$7,000 – 25,000 per month
- Stipend for PhD Students: NT$10,000 – 30,000 per month
- Full tuition fee waiver or a reduction in tuition fees.
