There are two pathways to the fellowship:
- Young Graduates Pathway: Open to highly motivated young graduates and mid-level professionals between 18 and 35 years old with a minimum 2:2 university degree and completed NYSC service.
- Existing Teachers Pathway: Designed for experienced public school teachers in Ogun State under SUBEB or TESCOM.
