Fellowship Overview

The Global Good Fund Fellowship is designed for innovators, entrepreneurs, and leaders of for-profit and non-profit social impact organizations. This program targets emerging leaders with diverse ethnic, religious, economic, geographic, and gender experiences. Ideal candidates are those dedicated to self-discovery and development and who hold full-time leadership positions at their social enterprises, operational for ideally two to five years.

Eligibility Requirements

  • The enterprise has been operational for a minimum of two years.
  • The enterprise employs at least two full-time, paid employees.
  • The candidate is a primary decision-maker, holding roles such as:
    • C-Suite (CEO, COO, CTO, CFO, etc.)
    • Co-Founder/Founder & C-Suite
    • Executive Director
  • The candidate is committed full-time to running the enterprise.
  • The enterprise is mission-driven, aiming for positive societal impact in addition to profit.

Selection Criteria

The Global Good Fund seeks leaders who are scaling their enterprises and aim to develop their leadership capacity in tandem with their organizational needs. Ideal candidates should:

  • Be eager to receive coaching.
  • Possess a growth mindset.
  • Be excited about personalized mentorship to drive their business and team success.
  • Be able to fully commit to the 12-month hybrid program.

Application Process

Phase I: Preliminary Questionnaire (May – June)

  • Applicants complete a series of short-answer questions to assess alignment with Fellowship criteria.
  • Estimated completion time: approximately 30 minutes.

Phase II: Comprehensive Application (July – August)

  • Mandatory video submission sharing the applicant’s story.
  • Two recommendation letters.
