BANTING POSTDOCTORAL FELLOWSHIPS PROGRAM 2024/2025 FOR POSTDOCTORAL STUDY IN CANADA ($70,000 PER YEAR IN FUNDING)

Applications are currently accepting submissions for the Banting Postdoctoral Fellowships Program. This initiative offers financial support to outstanding postdoctoral candidates, whether from within the country or internationally, who are poised to make a beneficial impact on the economic, social, and research-driven advancement of the nation.

The goal of the Banting Postdoctoral Fellowships program is to:

– Draw in and maintain exceptional postdoctoral scholars, both domestically and globally.
– Cultivate their capacity for leadership.
– Prepare them for future success as leading figures in research.

Fellowships are distributed equally among:

• the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR)
• the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council (NSERC)
• the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC)

• Permanent residents of Canada
• Foreign citizens
