Many have completed their studies in Spain or Morocco and have successfully integrated into the labor market in their home countries or continued with doctoral studies.
In this latest call for applications, the Women for Africa Foundation emphasizes a firm commitment to doctoral scholarships. Moreover, students pursuing majors in STEM fields are eligible to apply.
Application Deadline: The deadline for the 2024 Learn Africa postgraduate scholarship program is April 17, 2024, by 11:59 p.m. (Madrid time). Only applications submitted through the website will be considered.

Eligibility Requirements For The 2024 Learn Africa Postgraduate Scholarship Program: Prospective applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must be female, holding nationality and residency in an African country.
- Must be enrolled in an African university or possess a university degree from an African country. A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory for postgraduate scholarships, with specific degree requirements varying based on the scholarship applied for (refer to detailed information for each scholarship).
- Must fulfill the specific requirements of the scholarship being applied for.
- Proficiency in the language of instruction (B2 or C1, depending on the host university) is essential. Language proficiency must be demonstrated through an official language certificate or a telephone interview with the university.
