AFRICA PLANT NUTRITION SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM 2024 FOR AFRICAN STUDENTS
The Africa Plant Nutrition Scholarship Program for 2024 will award $2,000 to ten deserving graduate students from Africa who are studying sciences related to plant nutrition and crop nutrient management.
Deadline for applications: April 30, 2024.
About the scholarship: The African Plant Nutrition Institute (APNI) has announced the 2021 Plant Nutrition Scholar Award program, available to graduate students specializing in plant nutrition and crop nutrient management sciences.
In 2022, the African Plant Nutrition Scholar Award Program will grant ten $2,000 awards to M.Sc., M.Phil., or Ph.D. students in soil science, agronomy, and horticultural or tree crop science, focusing on plant nutrition, attending institutions in Africa.

Eligibility criteria: Graduate students must:
- Be currently enrolled in a degree-granting institution in Africa.
- Be pursuing M.Sc., M.Phil., or Ph.D. degrees at the time of application. Those who have already completed their degrees are not eligible.
- Be studying disciplines related to soil and plant sciences, including agronomy, horticulture, ecology, soil fertility, soil chemistry, crop physiology, environmental science, or other fields linked to crop nutrition.
- Previous winners of the scholarship are ineligible.
