The Erasmus MC Graduate Scholarship, funded by the Erasmus MC Graduate School, is designed for international students who wish to pursue studies in the Netherlands.
This scholarship provides each selected candidate with €15,000 to cover living expenses and waives the international statutory costs.

Details of the Erasmus MC Graduate Scholarship: Financed by the Erasmus MC Graduate School, this scholarship is intended for international students from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) who wish to enroll in one of the following research master programs at Erasmus MC/Erasmus University Rotterdam:
- Health Sciences
- Molecular Medicine
- Neuroscience
- Infection & Immunity
- Genomics in Society
Each research master program offers two scholarships annually.
Requirements for the Erasmus MC Scholarship 2024: To be eligible for the Erasmus MC Graduate Scholarship, you must:
- Have applied or been admitted to one of the Erasmus MC research master programs.
- Demonstrate excellent academic performance and strong motivation to begin the program.
- Be recognized as a high-achieving student according to Erasmus MC’s standards.
- Lack the financial means to finance your studies independently.
- Have not previously obtained a diploma from an educational institution in the Netherlands.
- Have never been enrolled as a full-degree student at an educational institution in the Netherlands.
- Upon receiving the scholarship, you must reside in the Netherlands.
Benefits of the Erasmus MC Graduate Scholarship 2024:
- €15,000 to cover living expenses and a waiver of the non-EEA institutional fee. The grant is disbursed in monthly installments (€2,350 for the first month, €1,150 for subsequent months).
- The scholarship is awarded for one year and will be renewed for the second year upon successful completion of the first year.
