CENTENNIAL TRAVEL AWARD IN BASIC SCIENCE TROPICAL DISEASE RESEARCH

The American Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene (ASTMH) accepts applications from physicians and scientists for an international career opportunity focused on benefiting underserved populations in locations worldwide where the burden of disease is high. The recipient receives $25,000 in support for a short-term research experience in the tropics. A minimum of six months must be spent at the overseas site. Applicants must be full-time postdoctoral fellows (PhD, MD, DVM, or equivalent) enrolled at a U.S. or Canadian institution. Citizenship in the U.S. or Canada is not a requirement.
