Eligibility criteria for AFRINIC fully-funded fellowships 2024 in Nairobi: Applicants must be residents of African nations, not necessarily AFRINIC council members, involved in the internet community, and willing to report on how the fellowship benefits their organization or country within an agreed time frame.
