This fellowship offers a full-time, 1.5-year opportunity for individuals working on initiatives aimed at significantly improving the world through their own ventures. Those recognized as social innovators, visionary leaders, and change-makers, particularly those from Black, Indigenous, and people of color communities committed to challenging systemic oppression and fostering positive change, are strongly encouraged to apply. Fellows have the flexibility to operate from any location globally and must serve as the primary decision-maker, dedicating full-time commitment to their organization. Ventures may adopt a nonprofit, for-profit, or hybrid structure. Participants receive a stipend totaling $80,000 over the course of 18 months.
