ONRAMP FELLOWSHIP
OnRamp Fellowship, operated by Diversity Lab, serves as a re-entry platform. It connects seasoned lawyers returning to the workforce after a career break with law firms and legal departments in the U.S. for year-long paid positions. To ensure successful fellowship placements, applicants undergo thorough screening and are matched with organizations based on cultural fit and vital success traits. Lawyers interested in applying should have a minimum of three years of full-time, post-licensure legal practice experience at one or more mid-sized to large legal organizations. They must also have taken a hiatus from legal practice for at least two consecutive years and hold an active license to practice law in the U.S.
