TECHWOMEN

TechWomen unites emerging female leaders in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) from Africa, Central and South Asia, as well as the Middle East, with their counterparts in the United States through a mentorship and exchange initiative. This program offers participants valuable opportunities to access networks, resources, and knowledge, empowering them to achieve their utmost potential. Over the course of five weeks, participants partake in project-based mentorships at leading companies in the San Francisco Bay Area and Silicon Valley, coupled with involvement in professional development workshops. Eligible applicants should be women with a minimum of two years of full-time professional experience in STEM fields and must be qualified to acquire a U.S. J-1 exchange visitor visa.
