FOREIGN POLICY INTERRUPTED FELLOWSHIP

The Fellowship program by Foreign Policy Interrupted aims to enhance diversity of voices and perspectives within the foreign policy domain, particularly for women. This initiative comprises two primary components: a 6-week online educational module encompassing media training, guidance on media comprehension, and brand building; and a non-resident “externship” lasting 1-3 months with a major media outlet. During the externship, fellows collaborate with an editor and/or producer to refine their skills for print and/or on-camera appearances. FPI’s Fellows Program is inclusive of women aged 26 and above, possessing experience in foreign policy and international affairs. Eligibility extends to both U.S. citizens and non-U.S. citizens fluent in English.
