THE HANSEN LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE

Hansen Fellows represent various academic disciplines, often sharing an interest in multicultural understanding, international relations, diplomacy, economic development, or international security. They undergo hands-on training provided by experts and leading practitioners at the University of San Diego’s School of Leadership and Education Sciences. Engaging with peers from 21 countries, Hansen Fellows gain a profound understanding and appreciation of the world, forming enduring friendships.

The program, dubbed “life-changing,” has left a lasting impact on alumni.
