Talent4 Startups 2nd Edition Inclusive and Diverse Learning
The Talent 4 Startups 2nd Edition is committed to diversity, aiming for at least 40% female participation among trainees. This fully-funded scholarship program, supported by Digital Africa, commences in March 2024 and seeks to mitigate talent acquisition challenges for startups while providing tangible employment opportunities for participants. The Program Oversight
The program offers a comprehensive learning experience that bridges the gap between conventional education and industry demands. It is designed for aspiring professionals, recent graduates, and individuals aged 18-35 in Nigeria, who are keen to excel in the digital realm. - Product Management: Covering the entire product lifecycle, from market need assessment to development and launch.
