2024 Pernod Ricard Scholarship for One Young World Summit
Applications are now being accepted for the 2024 Pernod Ricard Scholarship to attend the One Young World Summit in Montreal, Canada. This scholarship aims to identify and connect a team of 10 committed young leaders working to create positive social spaces and address harmful drinking and its broader impacts. The selected scholars will receive full funding to participate in the One Young World Summit from September 18 to 21, 2024.
Requirements:
Applicants should actively contribute to positive social occasions and combat harmful drinking through their projects, leadership roles, or research. Relevant activities include:
- Prevention and education initiatives to reduce excessive alcohol consumption.
- Initiatives addressing social harm caused by excessive alcohol consumption.
- Projects tackling the harmful impacts of excessive drinking.
- Initiatives promoting physical and psychological safety in social environments.
- Projects fostering community building, social inclusion, and fighting isolation.
- Research on Gen Z habits, behavioral patterns, socializing trends, and the role of alcohol.
Applicants must be of legal drinking age in their country and commit to contributing to a collective post-Summit project.
