2024 GRATEFUL NETWORK FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM: CALL FOR APPLICATIONS
The Gratitude Network Fellowship is a 1-year free program designed for non-profit leaders and their organizations globally. This initiative focuses on enhancing leaders’ confidence and capabilities while providing tools and processes to amplify the organization’s impact.
Key Features of Gratitude Network Fellowship Program:
- Increased leadership confidence for fellows
- Effective leadership team leading with aligned goals
- Identification of leadership strengths and opportunities
- Development and execution of a multi-year strategic plan for organizational growth
- Ultimately, an increase in the positive impact on children and youth served by the organizations
Selection Criteria and Benefits:
For Leaders:
- Enhanced leadership confidence
- Improved effectiveness in leading teams
- Recognition and understanding of leadership strengths and areas for improvement
For Organizations:
- Aligned leadership team with a clear expansion vision relevant to their community
- Development of a multi-year strategic plan for executing the vision
- Scalability of the organization for increased impact on beneficiaries, primarily children and youth
Requirements for Gratitude Network Fellowship Program:
Organizations:
- Legally registered as a non-profit, charity, or NGO organization
- In operation for at least two years
- Must have a minimum of two full-time employees, including the applicant
- Beneficiaries primarily children/youth, served in categories such as Education, Health and Well-being, Children’s Rights
- Ready and committed to scaling and expanding the impact of the organization
Applicant/Leader:
- Holds strategic decision-making power for the organization
- Committed full-time to the organization
- Prepared and interested in leading the organization through scaling and expanding impact
- Adherence to the time commitments and schedule of the Gratitude Network Fellowship Program
