2024 GOVERNMENT OF DENMARK SCHOLARSHIP AT SDU (SOUTHERN DENMARK UNIVERSITY)

The Government of Denmark Scholarship, in partnership with Southern Denmark University, is open to full-time international students embarking on their studies at the university. Recipients of the 2024 Government of Denmark Scholarship will receive a full tuition waiver for the duration of their Master’s degree program at SDU.

Scholarship Details:

The University of Southern Denmark administers several scholarships under the Government of Denmark Scholarship program, recognizing the significant contributions made by international students to the educational landscape. Interested and eligible candidates are encouraged to apply promptly to avail themselves of this opportunity.

Eligibility Requirements:

To qualify for the Government of Denmark Scholarship at SDU:

  • Applicants must be international non-EEU/EEA students.
  • Enrollment must be in one of the specified Master’s programs in Sønderborg.
  • Applications for admission must be submitted by February 1, even for those with Danish residence permits.
  • All necessary documentation must be included at the time of submission.

Benefits of Government of Denmark Scholarship at SDU:

The scholarship offers either full or partial tuition fee waivers:

  • A full tuition fee waiver covers the tuition for two years (four semesters).
  • A partial tuition fee waiver covers the tuition for one year (second and fourth semesters).

  • Completed Application Form
  • Receipt of Application deposit fee
  • Official Bachelor’s transcripts and diploma (in English, Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian) including grades and ECTS/units/credits for each course
  • Course descriptions for the courses listed on transcripts
  • Proof of English language proficiency
