Eligibility:
- Be a citizen of a developing country (other than China) and under 45 years old (born after September 1, 1974).
- Be in good health.
- Have at least three years of work experience.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree (for Master’s programs) or a master’s degree (for PhD programs).
- Possess sufficient English or Chinese language proficiency to meet the program’s academic requirements.
